Radon Testing and Mitigation
Radon is a cancer-causing natural radioactive gas that you can't see, smell or taste. Its presence in your home at high enough levels can pose a serious danger to your family's health. Did you know that radon is the leading cause of lung cancer among non-smokers and the second leading cause of lung cancer in America? In fact, the U.S. Surgeon General and EPA recommends that all homes be tested for the presence of radon.
Why take any chances? Lake Shore Home Inspections PA offers qualified professional radon testing services. All of our certified home inspectors have completed the Radon Measurement Operator Proficiency course. We use high tech radon measuring devices that are placed in the lowest level of the residence for a period of 48 hours, with the results available at the end of the test and not weeks or months later from some out of town lab.
We are licensed for both radon measurement and radon mitigation. Our License number is #2950.
